The heat exchange device used in chemical production and the parts required to have a good thermal conductivity in power machinery, such as cylinder head and piston of the internal combustion engine, are also suitable for manufacturing with aluminum alloy.

What should be paid more attention to?

I will tell you something about the garden decoration cast part now.EPC steel castings are prone to carbon enrichment defects. At present, there is no good method to completely solve this defect in our country, which is also one reason why many casting manufacturers dare not go to EPC or EPC production line but cannot produce in batch. The main reason for the carbon increase defect is that the foam material contains carbon. During pouring, the foam burns and decomposes free carbon, which invades the molten steel. After tests, it is found that there is a certain regularity in the carbon increase, that is, the surface of the casting increases carbon while the core hardly increases carbon. There is no carbon increase near the inner gate, but the further away from the inner gate, the more serious the carbon increase. The following corresponding measures can be taken to make the casting composition basically within the technological requirements.
