Steps for casting work according to a customer's design and drawing include:
1. Proposing a price quotation according to the customer provided drawing or sample
2. Providing the customer with casting solution and tooling design recommendations
3. Obtaining drawing confirmation
4. Manufacturing the tooling
5. Presenting a sample cast from new tooling and providing a sample inspection report
6. Mailing the sample to the customer for final approval
7. Confirming the order's details like price, delivery, payment term, etc.
8. Conducting pre-shipment production and quality inspection
9. Shipping the product
